Head up the hill for a hands on Gin Blending Experience at our award winning Adelaide Hills Distillery

Join us for a journey into the art of gin blending! Begin with a tasting of our three Core Range Gins while we share the story of Ambleside's beginnings. Our distillers will then lead you through the creation of two unique gins, choosing from over 20 botanicals. 

Add on an arrival Gin cocktail & snack to keep you energized during your Gin Blending Masterclass. Plus, enjoy a $10 discount on any 700ml bottle of our gins after your experience.

Runs scheduled Saturday's & Sunday's at 11am – 12.30pm

1.5 hour experience

Includes gin tasting flight and 2 x 200ml bottles of your own Gins to take home. Participants receive $10 off any bottle purchase on the day.
